Returns & Exchanges 

Wesley James will offer a 14 day return policy for all products from the date of delivery.

All clothing items must be unworn with original packaging to be returned for any change of mind within 14 days of purchase.

Any type of Manufacturing fault on clothing please email us at info@wesleyjameslabel.com, we will then assess the item with a quality check to assure it is a manufacturing fault.

You will also need to provide photos of the fault, your name,  purchase date and a description of the fault so that we can assess your refund.

To be eligible for a refund on our sunglasses they must be - 

  • Unworn - no signs of wear.
  • Returned in the same condition as sold.
  • Returned with original Wesley James box and case.
  • Proof of purchase must also be given to receive refund.

 

 To be eligible for a refund on our watches they must be -

  • Unworn - no signs of wear.
  • Returned in the same condition as sold - all clear plastic protectors on your Wesley Watch must not be removed.
  • Returned with original Wesley Watch box.
  • Proof of purchase must also be given to then receive the refund.

Once the watch has been sent back we will then assess it and perform a quality check.

*All delivery fees for returns are at the customers own cost.
