Warranty Info.

SUNGLASSES WARRANTY:

The Wesley James warranty policy for all sunglasses starts from the date of purchase. 

Wesley James sunglasses are covered with a six month warranty from the date of purchase, this is to guarantee the product meets the standard of usability and reliability. 

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Scratches to the lens. 
  • Accidental damage caused by general use.
  • Fading or peeling of frames.
  • Loss of screws due to neglect.

This warranty does cover:

  • All issues due to manufacturing fault or errors 

 

WATCHES WARRANTY:

The Wesley James warranty policy starts from the moment you purchase your watch. 

    Wesley Watches are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase, this is to guarantee the product meets the standards of usability and reliability. 

    This warranty does NOT cover: 

    • Damage caused by dropping or improper use of the product resulting in dents, cracked glass and/or scratches. 
    • General wear and tear of the leather band over time.
    • Water damage to the product.
    • Third party repairs (warranty will be void).
    • Battery life. 

    Water Damage:

    Our range of men's and women's watches are not covered under warranty for any water damage as they are rated at 3ATM water resistant, this means it will be protected from minor splashes of water and we advise against wearing our Wesley James Watches while doing things that will expose it to more then minor splashes, such as washing hands, dishes, in the shower etc.

    This warranty does cover:

    • All issues due to a manufacturing fault or error.
    • The warranty relates to the movement of the watch such as the watch face and all of its internal parts eg. the crown will not change the hands to adjust the time on the watch.

     

    Clothing Warranty: 

     

    All issues are taken on a case by case bases and we will be happy to help with all problems that may occur from manufacturing.

    14k Gold Hoop Earring and Charms Warranty -

    All 14k Gold Hoop earrings will have a 2 year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. 

    This does not cover any damage not caused by a fault from the manufacturer.

    Please email us with any concern and we will decide on a case by case basis, please provide photos/videos of the concern and we will work to resolve any issue in the 2 year period.

    Our earring charms have a 12 month warranty from manufacturer faults, this does not cover wear and tear as these charms are gold platted and over time they may fade due to water exposure for example.
